Ben’s fitness journey began over ten years ago and has become a lifelong passion. What started as a personal commitment to lose weight and prepare for his demanding role as a full-time firefighter with the City of Edmonton soon evolved into a deep appreciation for the science behind fitness, sport, and the human body.
Ben developed a strong interest in understanding how strategic training programs and periodization can unlock peak performance. His love for this field inspired him to pursue a NASM personal training certification in 2024, enabling him to share his knowledge and help others achieve their own health and performance goals.
When Ben isn’t at work or coaching others, you’ll likely find him cycling, running, in the gym or spending time with loved ones.
